Methods of Payment

  • CareCredit - patient financing to apply for interest-free payment plans
Payment is expected at the time of service, unless prior arrangements are made. We will estimate and inform you of your insurance co-pay and all costs prior to performing your treatment. Any overpayment (insurance co-pay) will be promptly refunded to you.

Please feel free to ask Dr. Correia or any staff member about payment options. We will try very hard to provide you with a quality treatment plan that fits your budget.


We submit all insurance claims for you electronically, and manage the processing of your claims.

We accept "assignment of benefits" (the insurance payment comes to us) and you are billed your portion. Any amount the insurance does not pay is the patient's responsibility. Insurance claims will be submitted three times within 90 days of treatment. Any unpaid claims over 90 days will be considered the patient's responsibility, and full payment will be expected.

We will fully attempt to see that you receive full insurance benefits.

We are preferred providers for Delta Dental and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, and work with most insurance carriers.

Senior Discount

We are happy to offer our patients over 65 a 10% discount for payment of services on the same day of treatment.
